A member of the Guild of Food Writers, my recent contributions include restaurant reviews and chef biographies for the Where Chefs Eat series and Where to Eat Pizza (Phaidon Press).  I also co-authored The Vegan Kitchen  (Eddison Books) and The Science of Spice (DK).

In my role as an experienced project manager and editor, I specialise in illustrated food, cookery and lifestyle titles and tv tie-ins. I steer fast-track projects from conception to completion, focusing throughout on editorial integrity and clarity, visual appeal and the author's and publisher's vision. I am adept at bringing together a highly capable team to work alongside me, and am entrusted to manage high-profile, front-list titles.

A Professional Member of the Society of Editors and Proofreaders, with more than 18 years' experience in the publishing business, I have worked with numerous high-profile authors and production companies including Rachel Allen, Mary Berry, Annabel Karmel, the BBC, Neal Street Productions and the Masterchef brand. I launched my publishing services business in 2011. Clients include Hardie Grant, Ebury, HarperCollins, National Portrait Gallery, Phaidon, Headline, Simon & Schuster and Orion.
